Signs and Interpretation

The Culture and Recreation Division maintains standard sign formats for its reserves, parks, tracks and waterways. A series of pamphlets covers the important parks, reserves, open spaces and walkways within the city.

Policies

  1. Appropriate signs and interpretation panels shall be located within the park to enable visitors to be informed and guid ed.
  2. All signs shall conform to the Culture and Recreation Division's standards.
  3. Information and interpretation material appropriate to the park shall be made available and promoted.
